Robert Menke is the Founder and a Managing Partner of CORE ADVISORS. He specializes in the repositioning, optimization, acquisition, and sale of commercial and residential real estate, both for and to national and international investors.


Before founding CORE ADVISORS, Robert Menke was employed by Colliers International in Frankfurt as Managing Partner and Head of Capital Markets / Frankfurt. Prior to that, he held a variety of management positions at well-known consulting firms within Frankfurt. He was in charge of Capital Markets / Investment Services, Business Space and Office Agency (Tenant & Landlord Representation) at JLL, CBRE, Cushman & Wakefield, and others.

Robert Menke has developed a strong network of investors and occupants over the span of his more than 25 years of professional experience.

He combines his many years of expertise in the real estate market with a robust, performance-oriented business approach and sees himself as a strategic consultant and a results-oriented problem solver.

Robert Menke studied economics at the Universities of Gießen and Frankfurt am Main and graduated with a master’s degree in business administration.

Marlene Straube is a Managing Partner at CORE ADVISORS in Frankfurt. Her areas of focus lies in sales structuring and off-market processes in the retail and office asset classes.

A Real Estate Economist (IREBS) with a degree in Engineering (Dipl.-Ing.), Ms. Straube started her real estate career in project development in the Rhine-Main area in 2009. She subsequently worked for DTZ and then, for the last 5 years, for Colliers International. As Director of the Capital Markets Team, her responsibilities included setting up the Retail Investments Division at the Frankfurt office.

The qualified commercial trader in the property and housing industry (Kfm. d. Grundstücks- und Wohnungswirtschaft, IHK) has more than 15 years of professional experience in the real estate industry. After completing his studies at HFWU Nürtingen Geislingen (B.Sc. Real Estate), he laid the foundations for his in-depth real estate expertise at JLL in the Valuation & Transaction Advisory division. The focus here was to provide strategic consulting services and valuations to national and international investors in commercial real estate in connection with purchase and sale processes, financing, accounting, lending and internal decision making.

Before joining CORE ADVISORS, Sebastian Stein worked as Director Capital Markets for Colliers International Germany and Cushman & Wakefield. He successfully carried out numerous sales and acquisition processes for office, residential and land transactions. Furthermore, he has advised investors and owners on value recovery and repositioning measures.

Sebastian Stein has been a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) since 2014 and, in addition to solid expertise in all asset classes, he benefits from an extensive network of contacts across the real estate industry.
